Review
In this expansion, when you complete the road or city of an opponent, causing them to score, you have the chance to add one of your men to the Count’s city. The Count’s city is divided into scoring areas and the Count moves around his city which then decides where your little man can go next. The advantage here is that if there is an unclaimed score anywhere, assuming your little man is in the Count’s castle and on the right bit then you can claim that score as your own and your little man is returned to you in the usual way. This variant took a little getting used to and my explanation may leave you with more questions than answers so really there is only one solution - Try it for yourself!

If you have Carcassonne you must get this it adds so much to the game.

Having recently played Carcassonne with most of the expanssions I must admit this is one game that works well with every expanssion.

I would recommend you get this and the rest of the expansions and play a game with them all.
